专利说明:

1The present invention relates to conveyors, and in particular, but not exclusively, to a projectile conveyor for a magazine for firearms.
Conveyors are known in which cylindrical hazards are transported by rolling along a stationary conveyor, each of the preforms being conveyed in the conveying direction by means of a pushing device which extends transversely to the conveying direction. The guideway usually comprises a bottom with guide cradles on each side, so that the preforms are prevented from moving in the transverse direction andfrdn to roll off the track.
Disadvantages of such conveyors are that they are only illuminated for example of a certain length, which is defined by the distance between the conductor cradles, and that in some cases the presence of a conductor wall cannot be accepted, for example in ajektiltransportor to a firearms magazine, where it foremdl astransported is a projectile which has a cylindrical body which at one end is terminated by a flat surface and at the other end has an unequal shape, comprising a toothed tube. While in this example the surface of the duct before coming into contact with a conductor cradle, then any duct contact with the involuntary duct is undesirable due to the risk ofthat the toothpick stores. An additional disorder is the leader cradlesis that they limit the Accessibility of the precedent. This accessibility can be trivial, for example if a projectile gets stuck in a projectile conveyor.
A joint path with a single conductor cradle has the disadvantage thatforemal can roll off the track or be moved in the opposite direction atvibrations or if the track is tilted.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a conveyor having conveying devices, whereby a cylindrical object is conveyed in a conveying directionby rolling can be guided in a transverse direction towards a single conductor edge, while avoiding duct contact between the front part and the feed device.
According to the present invention, a conveyor for a relatively rolling front part comprises a feed mat for passing throughfriction grip and.fora foremdlet in a forward direction tvdrsthe rolling direction, the mat having at least one elastic standing rib, which is compressible into rolling contact with the preform, which extends substantially parallel to the rolling direction, and which projects from the mat in a direction which, at an acute angle,4C (hdr called the protrusion angle) is inclined to the direction of advanceJ.2In use, a compression of the mat by the rolling object relative to it will be accompanied by a deformation in the transverse direction of the support rib, which by friction grips the preform and moves it in the opposite direction. Typically, the mat is arranged under the preform, so that it is then compressed under the weight of the preform.
The conveyor preferably comprises a guide wall which extends parallel to the conveying direction and adjacent to the mat, the inclination of the standing bar towards the guide wall being such that itrelatively rolling prey is forced to come in with its breathcontact with the leader.
The mat may, for example, be provided with a plurality of standing ribs fixed to a common base part with a flat base surface, wherein the standing bars and the base part may simply be made in apiece of a synthetic rubber material.
Each support rib may, for example, have a support surface parallel to the base surface, a flat first side surface which is inclined towards the base surface with an acute protrusion angle, and a second side surface provided with a retracted tow bar, which cuts the support surface so that a gripping edgedas.
An embodiment of the invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the drawing, Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a part of amat, suitable for use in a conveyor. Fig. 2 is asectional view of the mat of Fig. 1 under a compressive load with a cylindrical frame. Fig. 3 shows a cylindrical preform rolling on the same mat.
Fig. 4 is a view of a projectile conveyor for a machinegas to the firearm, and includes the same mat seen in the rollingthe direction. Fig. 5 is a side view of the projectile conveyor of Fig. 4, and Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the mat shown in Fig. 1, arranged for transporting a non-cylindrical object.
Fig. 1 shows a mat 1 in accordance with the present invention.finning, with a flat base part 2 with a base surface 3, and providedwith six support bars 4, each with a support surface S. Each place bar 4 has a flat side surface 6, which with a pointed protrusion angle A slopes towards the base surface 3, and one with hdlkdl provided surface 7, which cuts the support surface S at a gripping edge 8. The mat dr excursion of a synthetic4C rubber material which is elastically deformable and which gives the support surface3a high coefficient of friction.
Fig. 2 shows the mat 1 according to Fig. 1 lying on a rigid base 9 and supporting a cylindrical preform 10, which has a cylindrical surface 11, which rolls in a direction parallel 'to the stand.the ribs 4, the perspective view being vertically sectioned throughthe cylindrical axis of the front part 10 to show the deformation of the seat ribs 4 upon compression between the base 9 and the front mold 10. The deformation of the side ribs 4 takes place successively as the front wheel rolls forward, the load on the side surface 5 succeeding.Increases and is balanced by a reaction from the deformedrib 4, which undergoes shear in the transverse direction, indicated by the arrow X. The shear movement, whereby the side surface 6 becomes more pointedly inclined towards the base surface 3, is accompanied by a displacement of the support surface in the opposite direction X, which causes a frictional force in the opposite direction.ningen utovas pa foremalet 10.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a cylindrical object 10 with a cylindrical surface 11, which rolls on the mat 1 in a forward direction, shown by the arrow Y. A front part 13 of the cylinder surface 11 which lies in front of the cylinder axis 15 of the object is in contact withthe surface 5 has the mat 12, and is subjected to a frictional force in thethe direction, shown by the arrow X, when the standing ribs 4 undergo a successive compression and shear under the weight of theThe rear part 14 of the surface 11, which lies behind the cylinder shaft13 is exposed to a frictional force in the opposite direction when standingthe ribs 4 return to their original shape during the successive removal of the weight of the object, but this counteracting force is due to the hysteresis of the support material less than that exerted on the front part, so that there is a advancing net.3Craft, which acts in the opposite direction X. In addition, the gripping edge acts8 on each support rib so that the friction between the cylindrical surface 11 and the support surface 5 is increased by the compression of the support ribs 4, thereby contributing to the advancing net force.
The feed force acts in the same direction for rolling offforemalet sdvd1 presented as baked, ie the power always works inthe two-way direction X ,. which is defined by the inclination has the standing ribs 4. In the absence of restraining forces on the front member 10, therefore, a rolling of the object in either direction parallel to the standing ribs 4 will involve a displacement movement, lastingby the rolling object is moved axially without changingdirection.
A projectile conveyor for use in a firearms magazine and including the mat 1 of Fig. 3 will be described in the following with reference to Fig. 4.Conveyors 20 comprise a guideway 21 with a guideway 22 whichextends upwards from and along with a rigid base part 23, which has an upper surface 25. The mat 1 lies in a recess 24 in the base part 23 and has six standing ribs 4, which protrude above the upper surface 25 and extend parallel to the conductor cradle 22. .
The pillar ribs 4 are inclined towards the guide cradle 22 at an acute angle tothe transverse direction deflected by the arrow X, which is perpendicular to the guidewire 22.
A projectile 26 lying on the articulation 21 has a cylindrical surface 27 with a cylinder axis 28, a flat end 29 lying againstthe conductor wall 22, and an inequal end 30, which includes onespark plugs 31. The conveyor 20 comprises spring-loaded clamps 32 and 33 which press the projectile 26 down against the base part 23 and which together with the weight of the projectile act to deform the part of the mat 1 which is bellows under the projectile, so as to stand.the ribs 4 are forced to sdvd1 compression as shear. Trans-the port 20 also includes a launch member 34 with protective rollers 35, which is slidable in a slide housing 36 in a direction parallel to the guideway 21, whereby the projectile 26 can be caused to roll along the guideway.
Fig. 5 shows the projectile conveyor 20 in Fig. 4 and containingthree projectiles 26, 37 and 38. During operation of the conveyor, the projectiles are caused by the launchers 34a, 34b and 34c to roll along the guideway 21 and the mat 1 in the direction shown by the arrow Y. The compression and displacement of the locomotivesin carpet 1 under the habit of projectile Achieves a displacementforce, which presses the projectiles against the guide wall 22, and this force ensures that the spirits 29 slide along the guide wall 22, as shown in Fig. 4, and helps to ensure that each cylinder axis 28 remains perpendicular to the direction of transport.Y. The effect of the carpet 1 counteracts the habit of bendingthe projectile on the conveyor 20 that by vibration or inclinationmoving the conveyor away from the guide wall 22. Since only one guide wall 22 is required, the projectile conveyor 20 can be used to transport projectiles with4Colica ldngd, provided that the parts of the projectile that are instroke with the struts is essentially the same diameter, and has the advantage that the unobstructed end 30 of a projectile 26 is easily accessible, so that it facilitates installation and replacement of the toothed rack 31. 32, 33 are lifted to release the projectile.
Carpets according to the invention can be produced by extrusion of silicone rubber having a hardness between 60 and 70 degrees (International Rubber Hardness Degrees). With this material, the protrusion angle A for the stem slats is preferably selected to be within the range of 30 to 60 degrees for optimal effect.
The height and thickness of the standing ribs should be chosen in connection with the angle A to allow a small but significant deformation of the standing ribs with a suitable contact pressure. Furthermore, it should be borne in mind that the vertical deformation of the standing ribs during compression should be greater than the maximum expected displacement of the forearm due to vibrations, so that contact between the mat and the forearm is maintained.
The offset mat according to the present invention can, of course, itself be rotatably moved in relation to a non-cylindrical surface, for example a rod or a foil, in order to move the object in a verb-determined direction. An example of such an arrangement is shown in Fig. 6, in which two rollers 40 with opposite driving directions are provided with displacement sleeves 41, which have location ribs 42 arranged parallel to the direction of rotation. A rolling contact between the sleeves and a sheet-shaped mold 43 causes the hazard to move in the direction M as a result of the two-ply grooved components R in the rolling direction and T in the displacement direction. Alternatively, a single guidewire can also be used to limit the movement to the direction R. only.
